Group transfers: which vehicle for how many people
A group’s vehicle is chosen by the number of people and bags. Up to 14 travel in a group minivan, up to 20 in a minibus, and more in a coach of up to 59 seats. If the group outgrows one vehicle, the order is split across several, with the meeting point and pickup time agreed for the whole group.
The price is per vehicle, not per person, so each traveller pays less in a group. It is quoted individually: by class, number of vehicles, route and pickup time.

Capacity is the number of passenger seats, excluding the driver. The "from" price is a reference for a city ride; the price is quoted individually and the manager gives the exact amount when confirming the order.
Not just people, but luggage too
The main mistake when booking for a group is counting only seats. Suitcases after a flight take as much room as the passengers, and a fully seated minivan may not fit all the luggage. State in your request how many suitcases and large bags the group has, and the vehicle will be chosen with room to spare.
How to book a group transfer
- Give the number of people, luggage, route and time — plus the flight number for an arrival.
