1.1. "Site Administration" – IE "iProject" represented by head Omarova B.N., authorized employees for site management, acting on its behalf, who organize and (or) process personal data.

1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this site. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can go via links available on this site.

This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Site Administration when registering on the site or when placing an order for the purchase of services.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out registration forms and includes: Full Name, contact phone number, email address, points of departure and destination.

4.1. The User's personal data can be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

• Identification of the User for placing an order and (or) concluding a Contract for the sale of goods remotely.
• Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Site.
• Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests concerning the use of the Site, providing services.
• Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.

5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation of the term, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution.

6.1. The Site Administration is entitled to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

6.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is placed on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
