Offer Agreement

1.1. Transfer – a comprehensive service, including waiting, meeting, accompanying and transporting passengers to the destination.

1.2. Executor – IE "iProject", organizing the provision of services.

1.3. Customer – a person who has accepted the offer by paying for services or placing an order.

1.4. Application – a set of data transmitted by the Customer to the Executor for the implementation of the service.

2.1. In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this document is a public offer.

2.2. Acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding a contract on the terms set forth in the offer (Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2.3. The Executor is entitled to change the terms of the contract unilaterally.

3.1. The Executor undertakes, on the instructions of the Customer, to organize a transfer service, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the service.

3.2. The service is considered rendered in full from the moment the passengers arrive at the destination.

4.1. Free cancellation of the order is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the transfer.

4.2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before, the Executor has the right to retain the cost of the service.

4.3. Changes to the order are made no later than 24 hours before via the service manager.

5.1. The Executor is obliged to ensure the provision of a technically sound car of the appropriate class.

5.2. The Customer is obliged to provide reliable information about the time and place of the meeting.

5.3. The passenger is obliged to be in touch at the phone number indicated in the application.
