If the delay is long or the flight is cancelled
Message the manager — requests are accepted around the clock and a manager answers from 9:00 to 20:00 Astana time. The trip is moved to a new time; if you are not flying at all, the usual cancellation terms apply: free at least 24 hours before pickup, later the dispatch fee is retained.
A delayed flight landing at night is routine, and the car will be there: requests are accepted around the clock, while hailing a taxi at the airport at night is harder and dearer.
What to do when booking
- Give the flight number and arrival date — without them a delay cannot be tracked.
- Leave a phone number that will be switched on after landing.
